Full Title Search: This service meets all the New Hampshire Title Standards. The search period is for a minimum of 35 years. Any title defects and exceptions found during the period of search are reported as well as all outstanding liens and encumbrances.	Developer/Declarant Search: This service searches the Condominium or Subdivision from the date the Developer or Declarant obtained title to the Parent parcel. Any title defects and exceptions found during the period of search are reported as well as all outstanding liens and encumbrances.
Exact policy Search: This service searches from the ownership of the property owner insured under the policy. Any title defects or exceptions found during the period of search are reported as well as all outstanding liens and encumbrances.	Two-owner search: This service searches the current owner and one back. All title defects and exceptions found during the period of search are reported as well as all outstanding liens and encumbrances.
Current owner search: This service searches the current owner of the property from the date it was first acquired. All title defects and exceptions found during the period of search are reported as well as all outstanding liens and encumbrances.	Asset Search: This service searches the Grantee index for all property owned by the individual or entity then the Grantor index is searched for out sales and all outstanding liens and encumbrances.
Miscellaneous Searches: Any particular information requested that is recorded at the Registry of Deeds can be reported. This information may include such items as current deed retrievals, Mortgage Assignment histories, UCC searches and the like. If the information is at the Registry of Deeds, we can report it!
